Under The Sea - Tea Party

Here is a new entry about Under the Sea event (I know I'm late, but better late than never!). On Sunday, May 8th I had the chance to attend to UTS Tea Party at The 5* InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam! The venue was stunning, as all the attendees! I mean, look at some of the beautiful coords of the day! Everybody was perfect ♥

Voici un nouvel article sur l'événement Under The Sea (je sais que je suis en retard, mais mieux vaut tard que jamais!). Le dimanche 8 mai, j'ai eu la chance d'assister à la Tea Party UTS organisée à l'hôtel 5 * Intercontinental Amstel, à Amsterdam ! Le lieu était magnifique, comme tous les participants! Voici d'ailleurs quelques-unes des coords de la journée. Tout le monde était parfait ♥

The party started at noon. I was so hungry that being treated with tasty sandwiches, cakes and scone made me more than happy! We also found some cute gifts in our plates : an exclusive keychain, stickers created especially for the occasion and postcards.

La fête a commencé à midi. J'avais tellement faim, trouver sur notre table de délicieux sandwichs, gâteaux et scones m'a rendu plus qu'heureuse ! Nous avons aussi trouvé des jolis petits cadeaux dans nos assiettes: un porte-clés exclusif, des autocollants créés spécialement pour l'occasion et des cartes postales.

After the opening speech we have all been invited to play to an ice breaker game. We all had on our plate a card with a part of a print name and we had to find the person who had the second part of the name. My card was "Cherish my", a part of a name print from BTSSB: "Cherish my Juicy Cherry". I found my missing part after the imparted time, so I didn't win the game ^w^ It was a fun way to meet people!

Après le discours d'ouverture, nous avons tous été invités à jouer à un jeu pour nous mettre à l'aise. Nous avions tous dans notre assiette une carte avec une partie de nom d'un print et nous devions trouver la personne qui avait la deuxième partie. Ma carte était "Cherish my", une partie d'un nom de print de BTSSB : "Cherish my Juicy Cherry". J'ai trouvé la partie manquante après le temps imparti, je n'ai pas gagné le jeu ^w^ C'était une façon amusante de rencontrer des gens!

At the table of honor were seated Juliette et Justine designer, Mari Nakamura, and Mariko Suzuki. These women are so inspiring! I was so happy to talk a bit with them.

A la table d'honneur étaient assises la designer de Juliette et Justine, Mari Nakamura et Mariko Suzuki. Ces femmes sont tellement inspirantes ! Je suis très heureuse d'avoir pu parler avec elles.

During this event, I had the chance to meet the lovely Mimi (I hope we'll meet again when I'll be in Tokyo this winter) and the beautiful Valerie during this event! They are both so nice and cute!

Au cours de cet événement, j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer la belle Mimi (j'espère, nous nous reverrons cet hiver lorsque je serai à Tokyo) et la belle Valerie ! Elles sont toutes deux tellement gentilles et mignonnes !

I also had the opportunity to be "kabedoned" by Akira... OMG *fangirl heart attack* SHE'S SO COOL AND HOT AND FUNNY AND NICE AND BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET AND... EVERYTHING!!!

J'ai également eu l'occasion d'être «kabedonnée» par Akira ... OMG *crise cardiaque de fangirl* ELLE EST TELLEMENT COOL ET SEXY ET DRÔLE ET SYMPA ET BELLE ET GENTILLE ET ... TOUT !!!

Tea parties are also the occasion to do selfies with friends I don't see enough! So here is a pic with my beloved Mila and a fantastic derp with my friend Sandra!

After eating too much and chatting with everyone, the raffle time came (I have no picture of it, but I had the chance to win a lovely headpiece!), followed by the election of the best dressers of the day. Here are some of the lovely ladies who has been selected as the best dressers of the day by the guests. I don't know the name of the girl selected by Mariko Suzuki, but the one selected by Mari Nakamura is my fellow lolita ambassador from Sweden, Anastasia ♥

Après avoir bien trop mangé et bavardé avec tout le monde, ce fut l'heure de la tombola (je n'ai pas de photos de celle-ci, mais j'ai eu la chance de gagner un très joli headdress !), suivi par l'élection des meilleures coordinations de la journée. Voici quelques-unes des personnes qui ont été sélectionnées par les invités. Je ne connais pas le nom de la jeune fille choisie par Mariko Suzuki, mais celle sélectionnée par Mari Nakamura est ma co-ambassadrice lolita de Suède, Anastasia ♥

While waiting for knowing all the best dressers of the day I was taking random pictures of people around the room. My friend Miyu saw me and made a big smile (or something like that) to my camera! Say "cheese" Miyu!

Tout en attendant de connaitre les meilleures coordinations du jour, je prenais des photos un peu au hasard dans la pièce. Ma copine Miyu l'a remarqué et a donc fait un grand sourire (ou un truc dans le genre) à la caméra ! Dis "cheese" Miyu !

Also, while photographing people around, my cuties Dany and Leah from Vienna was supporting me, hoping and saying that I'll be the best dresser choice of Mari Nakamura. But, as you have seen before, it's Anastasia who has been selected. She deserved it so much (and she's the one I would have chosen too!) ! Her outfit was so royal and beautiful ♥ Congratulations again Anastasia!

Pendant que j'étais en train de photographier tout le monde, les adorables Dany et Leah de Vienne se sont transformées en supportrices me disant que je serais le choix de Mari Nakamura. Mais, comme vous l'avez vu, c'est Anastasia qui a été sélectionnée. Et elle le mérite tellement (c'est elle que j'aurais personnellement choisie !) ! Sa tenue était royale et magnifique. Encore félicitations Anastasia !

Poppy was the choice of Kimura Yu! This moved her to tears, so did I ;w; Akitra's choice was Adel Hagar, an awesome man from New York who wear Angelic Pretty in a boystyle way!

Poppy a été le choix de Kimura Yu ! Cela l'a émue aux larmes, et cela m'a ému aussi ;w; Le choix d'Akira était Adel Hagar, un gars absolument génial de New York qui porte du Angelic Pretty de façon boystyle !

This awesome tea party ended on the traditional group picture (where you cannot see me because I'm hidden by raised arms, but I swear I'm on it! Picture by Anh Binh Photography). Thank you Street Fashion Europe for having organized this terrific event! I've loved every minute of it ♥

After the Tea Party I changed my outfit to something more casual, to walk down Amsterdam. It was already my last day in this town, I took some more pics in front of a random beautiful bridge and found a nice bike on my way home. I really feel nostalgic writing these words, this town has a part of my heart ♥

À la suite de la Tea party j'ai transformé ma tenue en quelque chose de plus casual pour me promener dans Amsterdam. C'était déjà mon dernier jour dans cette ville, et j'ai donc pris de nouvelles photos devant un joli pont, et trouvé un vélo plutôt sympa sur le chemin du retour. À vrai dire, je me sens nostalgique en écrivant ces mots, cette ville a une partie de mon cœur ♥
